What we check
Every inspection covers the interior, exterior, roof space and subfloor of the property, along with moisture testing throughout and thermal imaging where required to pick up issues that aren’t visible to the eye. We also carry out a visual assessment for termite and pest activity, and note any drainage or site issues that could affect the property down the track.
